So it’s 5:15 am and I’m here for my first day attending on the ambulance and my new shift starting at 5 am. So far so good. Getting up at 4 am isn’t so bad.

Yeah its a great show, this one is from 94 and Jack McCoy looks way younger and is leaving the office in jeans, white shirt with some chest hair showing and a motorcycle helmet! Dam the 90s were awesome.

The past few days I have been riding my bike every where I can. I rode 20 miles yesterday just going to and from places like the store, its great to get out and get some fresh cool air. It was 28 this morning here.
It was BELOW FREEZING here today, 30 degrees when I walked the dog at 6am! Off to pay the rent on my bike. a quick 6 mile ride then a ride to the rock gym.
